山东出入境检验检疫局 Description: 中华人民共和国山东出入境检验检疫局（简称山东检验检疫局）是1999年 7月由原山东进出口商品检验局、原青岛动植物检疫局、原青岛卫生检疫局合并组建而成（即通常所说“三检合一”），隶属于国家质量监督检验检疫总局（简称国家质检总局）。是国家质检总局设在山东地区的涉外直属行政执法机构，负责山东地区出入境卫生检疫、动植物检疫和进出口商品检验、鉴定、认证和监督管理工作，实行垂直管理体制。执法依据主要是“四法三条例”：即《进出口商品检验法》及其《实施条例》、《进出境动植物检疫法》及其《实施条例》、《国境卫生检疫法》及其《实施细则》、《食品安全法》。...
