本协会宗旨：遵守宪法、法律、法规和国家政策，遵守社会道德风尚，反映行业诉求，规范行业行为，提供行业服务，促进行业发展，为构建社会主义和谐社会首善之区做出贡献。
本协会接受业务主管单位北京市金融工作局以及社团登记管理机关北京市民政局的业务指导和监督管理。
